Basic Safety Management Services 

Our Basic Safety Management Services is ideal for those employers who need a Safety Management Program that gets results and puts their company in compliance with the OSHA regulations and workers compensation.  Our team of professionals will customize your written safety policies (OSHA Compliant) and develop your on-line training platform for your employees.  

Basic Safety Management Includes:

• Written Programs - Based upon your company's SIC code

Written programs are customized to your company's needs based upon your industry's SIC Code.  Some Clients have as few as 20 written programs, and others have as many as 80 written programs.  

• Client Access Portal 

The Client Access Portal (CAP) will allow you to add new employees, report terminated employees, view your written policies, training records, toolbox talks, track daily equipment inspections, run reports on employees safety training status, see facility or jobsite audit reports, manage your company's OSHA 300 log, and more.  

• Supervisors Access Portal

The Supervisors Access Portal (APP) will allow your supervisors to view written policies, view employee training records, record daily equipment inspections, access OSHA documents, access facility or jobsite audit reports, access Toolbox Talks, report near misses, accidents/injuries, add field training to employee training records, direct communication with a Safety Professional and more. 

• Employee Access Portal

The Employee Access Portal (EAP) will allow employees to view written policies/procedures, access their training records, view JSA's, digitally sign toolbox talks and JSA's, access the toolbox talks, access podcasts, access newsletters, watch quick video's as refreshers, and more. 

• OSHA 300 Management

OSHA 300 Management is made simple with our online reporting system.  Accidents/Injuries can be reported via the Client/Supervisor Portals, accident/injury information can be updated anytime.  Our end of the year reporting will print your OSHA 300/300A automatically.  

• Toolbox Talks

Weekly Toolbox talks that are industry specific to your trade (based upon your SIC code) are emailed directly to your distribution list.  This can include managers, supervisors, all employees, or any combination of individuals in your organization.  We have over 800 Toolbox talks in inventory.  Each toolbox talk includes a short video (less than 2 mins) that augments the topic.  

• Access to On-Line Training for All Employees

Our award winning On-Line Training Delivery System is ideal to get all your employee training delivered at a time and place that is convenient for them.  Employees can login 24/7/365 and take the assigned training modules that are based upon your company's SIC code.  All training modules include an overview, video's, PowerPoint, and an exam.  Once training is complete the employee can print out a certificate and their digital training record is updated.  They can also ask a safety professional via our communicator platform.  We can also deliver this training via our Instructor Led program, where an instructor presents the course to a group of attendees digitally online. 

• One Annual Site Audit

Our staff will conduct a detailed site audit of your primary operating location or a site you pick.  The audit will encompass everything related to OSHA from recordkeeping to hazardous materials.  Audits follow the 180 key metric points of the facility looking for deficiencies  in the employers safety program.  A detailed report showing photos, OSHA regulations reference, and correction steps to take is provided to the client.  

• ISN/Avetta/Browz Compliance Services

Compliance with the 3rd Party verification services has never been easier.  We have team members that specialize in working with ISN/Avetta/Browz to help our clients meet the requirements and get that passing score of an A.  Typically we can have a client in full compliance within 72 hours.  

• Unlimited Consultations with a Safety Professional

If you have questions, we have answers, just call us.  Clients can access a Safety Professional 24/7/365 via the portal communicator, email or by calling our toll free hotline.
