  • North East Ohio- Trainers & Safety Management Specialist 
  • Central Michigan- Trainers & Safety Management Specialist 

Trainer Level I

Trainer Level 1 is the introductory level On-Site Trainer with US Safety Network, Inc.  Applicants should have: 

  • 3 years of Experience in Occupational Safety and Health Field or College/University Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (Construction or General Industry) 
  • Completed an OSHA 10 Course within the last 2 years (Construction or General Industry) 
  • Completed an OSHA 30 Course within the last 2 years (Construction or General Industry) 
  • Great public speaking ability 
  • Self motivated 
  • Task oriented 
  • Willing to Travel to various Cities and States with a flexible work schedule
  • Proficient with Microsoft Family of Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) 
  • Basic Computer Skills

Level 1 Trainers are responsible for the following: 

  • Delivery and Presentation of US Safety Networks in house safety training programs
  • Adherence to US Safety Networks Policies and Procedures (Recordkeeping, Document Management, etc.) 
  • Traveling and performing the duties on a flexible work schedule 

Trainer Level II

Level II Trainers is the master position for On-Site Trainer.  Applicants should have:

  • 3 years of employment with US Safety Network or an Affiliate of US Safety Network
  • 5 years of Experience in Occupational Safety and Health Field or College/University Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (Construction or General Industry) 
  • Completed OSHA 10 Courses within the last 2 years (Construction and General Industry) 
  • Completed OSHA 30 Course within the last 2 years (Construction and General Industry) 
  • Completed the US Safety Network Level II Trainers Program
  • Completed US Safety Network/Pro-Trainers USA Trainers Program
  • Great public speaking ability 
  • Self motivated 
  • Task oriented 
  • Willing to Travel to various Cities and States with a flexible work schedule

Level 2 Trainers are responsible for the following: 

  • Delivery and Presentation of US Safety Networks in house safety training programs
  • Delivery and Presentation of Pro-Trainers USA Continuing Education courses 
  • Adherence to US Safety Networks Policies and Procedures (Recordkeeping, Document Management, etc.) 
  • Traveling and performing the duties on a flexible work schedule 

Safety Management Specialist 

The Safety Management Specialist is responsible for the following: 

  • Direct and Indirect Management of a Clients Safety Program 
  • Scheduling and conducting Employee Training 
  • Conducting Random Facility/Site Compliance Audits 
  • Conducting onsite drug testing 
  • Reviewing and modifying clients written safety programs 
  • Investigating Accidents/Incidents 
  • Mediating with OSHA on the clients behalf
  • Holding Safety Briefings for the Client 
  • Manage Clients Avetta, Browz, ComplyWorxs Requirements 

Additional Requirements

  • Applicants must complete the US Safety Network, Inc. In-House Training Program within 90 days of employment.  
  • Employees must attend the Annual In-Service Training to maintain certification. 
  • Employees must obtain 10 hours per year in Continuing Education from an approved Conference or Training Agency. 
  • Applicants Pass a background check (No Felony Convictions) 
  • Applicants Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test (18 Panel) 
  • Employees Pass a 18 Panel Drug Test (Random Drug Testing Conducted during Employment) 
  • Employees must have dependable transportation 
  • Employees must have a valid State issued Drivers License
  • Employees must have a Clean drivers record (no suspensions and no more than 2 traffic infractions in the past 2 years) 
  • Employees required to Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement 
  • Employees required to Sign a Non-Compete Agreement 
  • Applicants pass a Pre-Employment Medical Evaluation

Level I  $25,000.00 - $30,000.00

Level II $30,000.00 - $40,000.00

Level III $50,000.00 - $75,000.00

Safety Management Specialist Starting Salary

Level I $40,000.00 - $50,000.00

Level II $50,000.00 - $75,000.00
